- En relación con el artículo 20 de la Ley 716 de 2001 "Por la cual se expiden normas para el saneamiento de la información contable en el sector público y se dictan disposiciones en materia tributaria y otras disposiciones", estarse a lo resuelto en la sentencia C-886 de 2002, que lo declaró inexequible.
