- Declarar EXEQUIBLE la ley 595 de julio 14 de 2000 "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Acuerdo entre el Gobierno de Rumania y el Gobierno de Colombia sobre cooperación en el campo del turismo, concluido en Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., a los diez y nueve (19) días del mes de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y uno (1991)", y el Acuerdo que por medio de ella se aprueba.
