- Primero. Declarar cumplida la exigencia constitucional del artículo 167 de la Carta, en relación con la sentencia C-483 de 2002, y por lo tanto exequible el Proyecto de Ley Nro. 225/00 Senado - Nro. 102/00 Cámara, "Por medio de la cual la Nación se asocia a los 200 años de la fundación del municipio de Sonsón".
- Segundo. Disponer que se remita el Proyecto al señor Presidente de la República para la correspondiente sanción.
