- Primero. Declárase INEXEQUIBLE el decreto 253 de febrero 4 de 1997 " Por medio del cual se dictan disposiciones para agilizar la venta de unos activos estatales".
- Segundo. Esta decisión suerte efectos a partir de su notificación, en los términos del artículo 16 del decreto 2067 de 1991. Notificación que se hará al día siguiente de la notificación de la sentencia C-122/97, que declaró inexequible el decreto 80 de 1997, por medio del cual se había declarado el estado de emergencia.
