- ESTARSE A LO RESUELTO en la Sentencia C-392 del 6 de abril de 2000 que declaró exequible el artículo 50 de la Ley 504 de 1999 "Por la cual se derogan y modifican algunas disposiciones del Decreto 2700 de 1991, y de los Decretos-Leyes 2790 de 1990, 2271 de 1991, 2376 de 1991, Ley 65 de 1993, Ley 333 de 1996 y Ley 282 de 1996 y se dictan otras disposiciones".
