- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo de Cooperación Policial entre la República de Colombia y la República de Venezuela suscrito en Santafé de Bogotá el 28 de abril de 1.998, y su Ley aprobatoria número 562 del dos (2) de febrero de 2000.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que se comunique la presente decisión a la Presidencia de la República, al Presidente del Congreso de la República y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, para los fines contemplados en el artículo 241, numeral 10 de la Constitución Política.
