Impedimento formulado por el magistrado Vladimir Fernández Andrade.
El precitado togado manifestó estar incurso en la causal contenida en el artículo 126 de la Carta Política, así como, la prevista en el numeral 1 del artículo 56 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, debido a que los demandantes participaron en su proceso de elección como magistrado de la Corte Constitucional.
Por no suponer ningún beneficio, ni estar relacionado con su elección, concluyó la Sala Plena de la Corporación que el doctor Fernández no tiene ningún interés que comprometa su ponderación e imparcialidad en la resolución del presente caso, por lo que no se configuran las causales de impedimento invocadas.
Con base en lo anterior, se declaró INFUNDADA la manifestación de impedimento analizada en esta oportunidad.
