Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Honda y el Juzgado Segundo Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.

Concluye la Sala que el Juzgado Laboral mencionado no se encontraba legitimado para declarar la carencia de competencia para conocer el asunto que le correspondió por reparto y, en consecuencia, decide remitirle el expediente para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.
