Con el presente auto se DENIEGA la solicitud de seguimiento de la Sentencia C-489/12, en tanto la Corte Constitucional no tiene competencia para verificar el cumplimiento de un exhorto, ya que éste no constituye una orden judicial que tenga mecanismos para exigir al Gobierno Nacional o al Congreso de la República su cumplimiento de forma coercitiva, pues este instrumento consiste en un llamamiento o apremio para que se expida una ley cuando quiera que se verifique la existencia de una omisión legislativa, como en efecto concluyó la Corporación en el caso analizado en el precitado fallo.
