El demandante solicitó a la Corte ordenar a la Junta Central de Contadores suspender todos los procesos disciplinarios que adelanta por la presunta infracción a la prohibición prevista en el artículo acusado en el proceso de la referencia, con el ánimo de proteger los derechos fundamentales de los contadores públicos.
Por no ser procedente el decreto de medidas cautelares dentro de los procesos de constitucionalidad, se RECHAZA, por improcedente, el requerimiento formulado en esta oportunidad.
