- Primero. DECLARAR LA IMPROCEDENCIA del supuesto conflicto de competencia propuesto en el tramite del incidente de desacato adelantado por el senor Juvier Jose Florez Santos.
- Segundo. DEJAR SIN EFECTO el auto emanado del Tribunal Administrativo de Sucre, el 19 de septiembre de 2014, por medio del cual se abstuvo de asumir el conocimiento del incidente de desacato promovido por el senor Juvier Jose Florez Santos.
- Tercero. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2060 al Tribunal Administrativo de Sucre, para que sin mas dilacion asuma competencia para adelantar el tramite del incidente de desacato promovido por el senor Juvier Jose Florez Santos.
- Cuarto. Por la Secretaria General de la Corte, COMUNICAR a la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, la decision adoptada en esta providencia.
