Conflicto de jurisdicción entre el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala de Justicia y Paz y la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz.
Luego de analizar el caso la Corte determina que es la JEP la llamada a definir la situación jurídica del señor Luis Alexander Varón García, en tanto las conductas cometidas por él ocurrieron con anterioridad al 1º de diciembre de 2016, por causa, con ocasión o relación directa o indirecta con el conflicto armado, así como aplicar las consecuencias propias de la justicia transicional a que haya lugar.
