Con el presente auto se corrige de oficio el numeral séptimo de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia T-387/20, en el sentido de indicar que la devolución del expediente al juez de primera instancia se hace a la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, y no al Juzgado 13 Administrativo del Circuito de Cartagena como erradamente se registró en el referido fallo.

  4. SÉPTIMO. DEVOLVER a la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el expediente digitalizado del proceso de tutela de la referencia. Una vez se retomen actividades normales, la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional deberá ENVIAR el expediente físico Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia."
  5. Segundo. NOTIFICAR esta decisión por aviso, de conformidad con el artículo 286 del Código General del Proceso.
