Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-715/13.
La peticionaria pretende que la Corporación aclare qué entidad está obligada a acatar las órdenes emitidas en la precitada providencia, en tanto las mismas no fueron cumplidas por la entidad accionada.
Pese a RECHAZAR por improcedente la petición formulada, se dispone enviar copia del presente auto al juzgado de primera instancia para que continúe con los trámites de notificaciones y gestiones pertinentes a efectos de materializar el cumplimiento de las órdenes proferidas por la Corte en la providencia T-715/13.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-715 de 2013 formulada por la señora Patricia Pérez Triana.
- SEGUNDO. ENVIAR, por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, una copia de esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo de Paujil, Caquetá, para efectos de lo establecido en el considerando
- quinto. de la misma. Este mismo Juzgado deberá informar de este Auto a la Fundación FUNDAR JSC o a quien actualmente sea el administrador del Hogar Múltiple del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar del municipio de El Paujil y adelantar las gestiones necesarias para lograr el cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-715 de 2013.
- TERCERO. INFORMAR de esta decisión a la señora Patricia Reyes Triana, por intermedio de la Secretaría General. Las respectivas comunicaciones deberán ser enviadas a la Carrera 4 No. 6 - 12 del Barrio La Paz, municipio Paujil, Caquetá.
