Con este auto se declaran fundadas las excusas presentadas por el alcalde mayor de Bogotá, señor Gustavo Petro Urrego, como motivo para inasistir a la citación formulada por la Comisión Primera Constitucional Permanente de la Cámara de Representantes.
Igualmente se declara, en los términos del artículo 137 de la Constitución Política, que el señor alcalde mayor no está en el deber de atender la citación formulada en el presente caso.
