Con el presente auto se SUSPENDEN los términos en el expediente RE-306, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 639 de 2020 por el cual se crea el Programa de apoyo al empleo formal PAEF, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica declarado por el Decreto 637.
Así mismo, dispone que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto se decida sobre la constitucionalidad de la precitada norma y decrete la reanudación del presente proceso.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los terminos en el expediente RE-306, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Legislativo 639 de 2020 "[p]or el cual se crea el Programa de apoyo al empleo formal - PAEF, en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Economica, Social y Ecologica declarado por el Decreto 637 de 2020".
- SEGUNDO. DISPONER que esta suspension se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Decreto 637 del 6 de mayo de 2020 y decrete la reanudacion del proceso RE-306.
- TERCERO. La Secretaria General de la Corte realizara las anotaciones correspondientes en el expediente de la referencia.
