Recurso de Súplica contra el auto de agosto 16 de 2011, mediante el cual el Magistrado Jorge Iván Palacio Palacio rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad de la referencia, al estimar que el demandante no aportó ningún nuevo elemento de juicio que buscara corregir las deficiencias anotadas en el auto inadmisorio.
La Sala encuentra que efectivamente el actor no subsanó los defectos señalados en el proveído de inadmisión y en tal sentido resuelve CONFIRMAR EL auto recurrido.
