Solicitud de desacato.
La memorialista, actuando en representación de la Asociación Básica de Reciclaje “SINEAMBORE”, solicitó a la Sala Tercera de Revisión declarar que la Comisión Reguladora de Agua Potable y Saneamiento Básico incurrió en desacato a lo dispuesto por la Corporación en el Auto 275/11.
Luego de analizar la petición, la Sala decide rechazarla por IMPROCEDENTE.
