Solicitud de Cumplimiento.
El memorialista solicitó la conformación de una Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia SU389/05 y su debido cumplimiento e indicó ser beneficiario del fallo en su condición de padre cabeza de familia.
La Corte reitera que en principio no es la competente para verificar el cumplimiento de las decisiones de tutela, salvo algunas excepciones y, que en el presente caso, se evidenció que el juez de primera instancia adelantó el trámite para verificar el cumplimiento de las órdenes proferidas en el fallo.
La Sala decide ABSTENERSE de asumir la competencia para verificar el cumplimiento del fallo en mención.
