- CONFIRMAR el Auto del 27 de septiembre de 2013, proferido por el magistrado Gabriel Eduardo Mendoza Martelo, por medio del cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada contra el articulo 6deg (parcial) de la Ley 270 de 1996, "Estatutaria de la Administracion de Justicia", modificado por el articulo 2deg de la Ley 1285 de 2009.
