Solicitud de Aclaración y Adición Sentencia.
El memorialista solicitó aclarar y adicionar el numeral tercero de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-488/10, por la comisión de un posible yerro de la Sala de Revisión en cuanto a la aplicación de los conceptos de compartibilidad y compatibilidad de la pensión de jubilación reconocida por el empleador y la pensión de vejez reconocida por el ISS.
Luego del análisis pertinente, la Sala concluye que no existió yerro alguno en la sentencia y por el contrario, reitera que la procedencia excepcional de aclaración se encuentra condicionada a la existencia de una razón objetiva de duda que impida el entendimiento de la providencia.
