La empresa Cartón de Colombia S.A., parte del extremo pasivo dentro del proceso de tutela, le solicitó a la Corporación aclarar el alcance del precitado fallo.
Revisados los requisitos de procedencia encontró la Corte que la petición fue presentada de manera extemporánea y, por eso, decidió RECHAZARLA.
