El Juzgado 064 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá presentó ante la Corte Constitucional una solicitud de aclaración del contenido del Auto 1411 de 2024.
En la solicitud, dicha autoridad judicial le pidió a la Corte aclarar si la decisión proferida también cobija al teniente Álvaro Ramírez Castro argumentando que en la decisión nada se dijo frente al mismo.
La Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional señaló que la posibilidad de aclarar las decisiones judiciales no puede ser entendida como una forma de reabrir los debates y las discusiones que ya fueron definidas con antelación, por lo tanto, resolvió rechazar la solicitud formulada por el Juzgado 064 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá.

- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al solicitante y ADVERTIRLE que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
