Primero. Ordenar a la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion que ponga en conocimiento de la Secretaria de Salud Municipal de Villavicencio y de la Secretaria de Salud Departamental del Meta, el contenido del expediente de tutela de la referencia, para que dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes, a la notificacion del presente auto, dichas entidades se pronuncien acerca de las pretensiones de la accion de tutela planteada.
Segundo. Ordenar que por Secretaria General se oficie a la Secretaria de Salud Municipal de Villavicencio y de la Secretaria de Salud Departamental del Meta, para que dentro del mismo termino, informen a la Sala Cuarta de Revision de la Corte, desde hace cuanto tiempo el nino Manuel Alexander Mancera es beneficiario del Sisben, en que calidad se encuentra afiliado, que tipo de atencion medica se le ha prestado y por que motivo no ha sido remitido al "IV nivel para cierre quirurgico de la CIA, erradicacion focos septico dentales, etc.".
