Primero. CORREGIR el numeral
segundo. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-1061 de 2004, el cual quedará así: "
Segundo. Para garantizar la efectividad de la acción de tutela, el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soatá notificará esta sentencia dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la recepción de la comunicación a la que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991."
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaría General de esta Corporación que (1) advierta al Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Soatá sobre la corrección realizada, y (2) comunique al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Soatá el contenido de la sentencia de la referencia para que proceda a la notificación de la misma.
