- Primero. Solicitar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud para que, en el termino de veinte (20) dias habiles, contados a partir del dia siguiente del recibido de la comunicacion de esta providencia, responda las preguntas formuladas en la consideracion 4.1.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social que, en el termino de veinte (20) dias habiles, contados a partir del dia siguiente del recibido de la comunicacion de esta providencia, absuelva los interrogantes planteados el numeral 4.2. del acapite motivo de este auto.
- Tercero. La Secretaria General de esta Corporacion librara las comunicaciones pertinentes, remitiendo copia de este proveido y de las respuestas dadas al Auto 100 de 2014.
