- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. DENEGAR la solicitud elevada por el Fiscal General de la Nacion, Luis Camilo Osorio Isaza, con el fin de que se autorizara que la aplicacion del regimen de carrera en la Fiscalia se culminara en septiembre de 2008.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente decision al Procurador General de la Nacion y al Defensor del Pueblo.
- Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
