Solicitud de medida provisional.

El memorialista solicitó la adopción de una medida provisional consistente en la suspensión de los efectos de la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante la cual fue declarado responsable del delito de falsedad ideológica en documento público y condenado a la pena de 64 meses de prisión e inhabilitado para el ejercicio de funciones públicas por 80 meses.

La Sala considera que la medida provisional solicitada resulta improcedente y en tal sentido NO LA CONCEDE.
