Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-049/19.
La CNSC solicitó a la Corporación aclarar el fallo de la referencia, específicamente, el contenido del numeral quinto de su parte resolutiva.
Lo anterior, porque no se precisó a cargo del presupuesto de qué entidad se cubriría el costo de la aplicación de la prueba psicotécnica de personalidad ordenada.
La Sala decidió DENEGAR lo pedido, debido a que la orden objeto de censura dispuso con precisión, claridad y coherencia el alcance de la misma.
