- PRIMERO. Negar, por improcedentes, las impugnaciones presentadas por las personas relacionadas en el numeral II, párrafo 10 de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar al MINTIC y al PAR TELECOM incluir en su primer informe, la explicación sobre la inclusión o no de los ex trabajadores o ex empleados Helena Fernández de Castro Rojas, Myriam Cecilia Muñoz Palacios y Jorge Eliecer Lozano González.
- TERCERO. Contra la presente decisión, no proceden recursos.
- CUARTO. Por conducto de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, NOTIFICAR por Estado la presente decisión y COMUNICAR lo aquí decidido al Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Telecomunicaciones y al Consorcio a cargo de la administración del PAR de TELECOM.
