El recurrente aduce que la precitada sentencia vulneró el derecho al debido proceso, al haber incurrido en vías de hecho por defectos sustantivo y fáctico.
Para la Corte, el peticionario no logró demostrar que en la providencia cuestionada se hubiera incurrido en alguna de las causales que ha decantado la jurisprudencia constitucional para, excepcionalmente, declarar la nulidad de un fallo de tutela, o que se hubiera cometido una grave y ostensible violación del debido proceso.
