- Segundo. REMITIR al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Orito (Putumayo) la accion de tutela propuesta por los ciudadanos Ruben Meza Rivera y Nidia Esperanza Cortes Quijano contra la Nacion, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Credito Publico, el Ministerio de Educacion Nacional y el Departamento Administrativo de la Funcion Publica, para que de el correspondiente tramite.
