Se declaró la nulidad de la Sentencia T-608/03 que obra a folios 139 a 146 del cuaderno de la Corte, toda vez que por un error del sistema de computador en la parte considerativa aparece una motivación que no corresponde a ese fallo y que se incurrió además en el mismo error en la parte resolutiva de la sentencia aludida, lo cual significa que existe una ostensible violación al debido proceso que garantiza el Art. 29 de la Carta, la Sala Segunda de Revisión, de oficio.

En consecuencia, luego de ejecutoriada la presente providencia vuelva el expediente al despacho para reponer la actuación anulada.
