Se remitió el expediente contentivo de la tutela propuesta por el ciudadano de la referencia contra la CASA EDITORIAL EL TIEMPO S.A y Otros al Juzgado 6º Familia de Bogotá, para que tramite y decida en forma inmediata.

Así las cosas, la Corte Constitucional consideró, que como el Decreto 1382 de 2000 se dictó en desarrollo del Art. 37 del Decreto 2591 y éste precisamente trae una regulación específica, para el caso de las acciones de tutela dirigidas contra la prensa y los demás medios de comunicación, la cual está vigente porque no ha sido modificada, ni revocada, el asunto sometido a consideración de la Sala debe someterse a la regla especial allí fijada.
