El memorialista, actuando en calidad de apoderado de víctimas de desplazamiento forzado, tanto beneficiarias de las órdenes puntuales de la sentencia SU254/13, como de aquellas cobijadas por los efectos inter comunis de la misma, solicitó a la Corporación diversas solicitudes de aclaración respecto de los efectos y alcances del citado fallo.
La Sala Plena decide RECHAZAR las solicitudes de aclaración elevadas, por incumplimiento del requisito de oportunidad en su presentación.
