Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la acción de tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia en contra del Director Nacional del Departamento Nacional de Economía Solidaria, DANSOCIAL, a partir del auto proferido por el Juez 25 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, D.C., toda vez que el citado despacho judicial aplicó lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 2000, norma contraria a la Constitución.
En consecuencia, se ordenó remitir el expediente al juzgado competente para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la ley.

DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela promovida por el senor Rodolfo Sierra Gomez, en contra del Director Nacional del Departamento Nacional de Economia Solidaria, DANSOCIAL, Dr. Manuel Augusto Romero Cruz o quien haga sus veces a partir del auto del 25 de agosto de 2000 proferido por el Juez 25 Penal del Circuito de Bogota, D.C.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente al Juez 25 Penal del Circuito de Bogota, D.C. para que, de forma inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
