Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Cuarto Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Cali y el Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Candelaria (Valle), en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Sala considera que la vulneración de derechos alegada por el accionante se produjo en la ciudad de Cali, debido a que él señalo en su petición que allí debía ser notificado.
En este sentido, precisa que la autoridad judicial que debe asumir el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo es el Juzgado Cuarto Civil Municipal de Oralidad de Cali, a quien dispone remitirle el expediente para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el trámite del mismo.
