Luego del análisis de procedibilidad de la petición de nulidad, la Sala reiteró que la procedencia excepcional de la nulidad contra sentencias de revisión de tutela, no puede constituirse en una vía para reabrir el debate probatorio, ventilado y decidido en el trámite normal de la acción.
