- En merito de lo expuesto, la Sala Plena de la Corte Constitucional,
- RESUELVE
- ORDENAR a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga que, de forma inmediata, inicie el tramite de la accion de tutela de la referencia y profiera la decision de instancia que corresponda, conforme a las previsiones del articulo 86 de la Constitucion Politica y del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
