DEVOLVER por Secretaria General de esta corporacion a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura el expediente que contiene la accion de tutela incoada por Wilson Ladino Vigoya en contra de la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, para que resuelva la impugnacion del fallo proferido el 5 de septiembre de 2008 por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Meta y enseguida remita a esta corporacion el asunto con la decision proferida en segunda instancia, para que se surta el procedimiento de eventual revision.
