- Primero. NO ACEPTAR el impedimento manifestado por el señor Procurador General de la Nación, Edgardo José Maya Vil1azón, para emitir concepto en dentro del proceso D-6756.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, que, una vez ejecutoriada esta providencia, corra traslado al señor Procurador General de la Nación, para que rinda el correspondiente concepto, de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral 5º del artículo 278 de la Constitución Política en concordancia con el Decreto 2067 de 1991.
