Solicitud de Aclaración.
El memorialista solicitó a la Sala de Revisión aclarar los efectos de la sentencia T-754/12, frente a la compensación entre los dineros que por vía de indemnización laboral recibió la accionante de la tutela que dio origen al fallo de la referencia y, los dineros ordenados por la Corporación al momento de su reintegro, en virtud del mismo sin solución de continuidad.
La Sala decide DENEGAR la solicitud de aclaración presentada.
