- Articulo unico. CORREGIR el numeral 5 de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T- 251 de 2005, el que quedara de la siguiente manera:
- "ORDENARLE a la Secretaria de Educacion Municipio de Santiago de Cali, que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho ( 48 ) horas posteriores a la notificacion de la presente providencia, tome las medidas necesarias para que la menor cuente con un cupo en otro centro educativo municipal, si eventualmente la misma no se encuentra ya matriculada en otro. De igual manera, se le advertira a la misma autoridad publica, que debe omitir dar cualquier clase de explicacion sobre los motivos que llevaron al traslado de la menor, y velara porque en el nuevo plantel la nina continue adelante con su tratamiento psicologico.
- Asimismo, dado que la institucion educativa accionada presenta graves deficiencias en materia de educacion sexual, la Secretaria de Educacion del Municipio de Santiago de Cali, en el termino de cuarenta y ocho ( 48 ) horas posteriores a la notificacion de la presente providencia, tomara las medidas necesarias para brindarle un soporte tecnico en la materia, e igualmente, vigilara que el plantel cumpla efectivamente con sus deberes legales.
