- Remitir a la Corte Suprema de Justicia -Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por Maria Cristina, Carolina, Guillermo y Mauricio Gutierrez Delgado como hijos y herederos de Silvio Gutierrez Botero contra el Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de Puerto Boyaca y la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de Tunja, para que se dirima el conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Manizales -Sala Civil Familia- y el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Tunja -Sala Civil Familia- a que se ha hecho mencion en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
