Se denegó la solicitud formulada por la Compañía de Inversiones y Proyectos Coinverpro Ltda., para que se declare la nulidad de la Sentencia T-267/02 proferida por la Sala Segunda de Revisión de esta Corte en la tutela radicada bajo el número T-564941, toda vez que dicha controversia debe desatarse por la jurisdicción instituida para el efecto y no por la jurisdicción constitucional.
Se ordenó devolver el expediente al Juzgado Quinto Penal Municipal de Bogotá para los efectos pertinentes.
Contra este auto no procede recurso alguno.
