- Primero. Para todos los efectos, dentro de la Sentencia C-313 de 2014, el texto del literal p) del Proyecto de Ley Estatutaria No. 209 de 2013 Senado y 267 Cámara "por medio de la cual se regula el Derecho Fundamental a la Salud y se dictan otras disposiciones", incluido el contenido del anexo de la providencia, es el siguiente:
- "A que no se le trasladen las cargas administrativas y burocráticas que les corresponde asumir a los encargados o intervinientes en la prestación del servicio".
- Segundo. Corregir el texto del Auto 377 de 2014 por lo que donde se alude al parágrafo 1º del artículo 15 se entenderá que se trata del parágrafo 1º del artículo 10.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Relatoría de esta Corporación, que adjunte copia del presente auto a la sentencia respectiva, con el fin de que sea publicado junto con ella en la Gaceta de la Corte Constitucional correspondiente.
- Cuarto. Ordenar a la Secretaría General de la Corte, que envíe copia del presente auto a todas las autoridades a las que se les comunicó la sentencia de la referencia.
