Se realizó la corrección del numeral sexto de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-727/00, en el sentido de declarar la exequibilidad del literal b) del numeral 1 del Art. 38 y el segundo inciso del parágrafo del Art. 56 de la Ley 489 de 1998.
Por lo tanto, dicho numeral quedó así: “Sexto: Declarar EXEQUIBLES el literal b) del numeral 1º del artículo 38 y el segundo inciso del parágrafo del artículo 56 de la ley 489 de 1998”.
