La señora Dolores Margarita Gnecco de Forero formuló recusación en contra de los Magistrados Alejandro Linares Cantillo, Diana Fajardo Rivera, Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo, Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, José Fernando Reyes Cuartas y Alberto Rojas Ríos dentro del expediente de Constitucionalidad de la referencia, invocando como causales el “haber intervenido en su expedición” y “tener interés en la decisión”, las cuales se encuentran dispuestas en el artículo 25 del Decreto 2067.
Por la falta de pertinencia, la Corte decidió RECHAZAR las recusaciones formuladas.
