- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de toda la actuacion surtida en el proceso de tutela de la referencia, a partir del auto admisorio de la solicitud, proferido el veinte (20) de septiembre de 2004 por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, en consecuencia, a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, que reponga la actuacion anulada.
- Tercero. Por secretaria, REMITIR el expediente de la referencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota para los efectos indicados.

Las Pruebas Decretadas Por La Corte Constitucional En Este Caso Atendieron A Los Criterios Establecidos Por La Jurisprudencia De La Corte Constitucional No Solo De Manera General, Respetando Los Principios Relativos Al Régimen Probatorio En La Acción De Tutela. No Les Asiste Razón A Los Solicitantes Cuando Aducen Que La Tutela Efectuó Un Pronunciamiento Sobre El Artículo 27 Del Decreto 1421 De 1993. Negada
