- Primero. SOLICITAR a la Subseccion C de la Seccion Segunda del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, remitir a esta Corporacion, de manera inmediata, el expediente relativo a la accion de tutela instaurada por Jose Vicente Sanchez Montealegre contra la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia -T-456.924-. Oficiese
- Segundo. SOLICITAR a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota remitir a esta Corporacion, de manera inmediata, el expediente relativo a la accion de tutela instaurada por Elvia Ines Roa de Cortes contra la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia -T-489.677-. Oficiese.
- Tercero. SOLICITAR a la Subseccion B de la Seccion Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, remitir a esta Corporacion, de manera inmediata, el expediente relativo a la accion de tutela instaurada por Juan Climaco Rodriguez Rodriguez contra la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia -T-497.604-. Oficiese.
- Cuarto. SOLICITAR a la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que informe a esta Corporacion sobre el tramite adelantado en el fallo proferido el 28 de marzo de 2000 del proceso laboral iniciado por Elvia Ines Roa de Cortes, luego de la notificacion de la sentencia T-663 de 2003.
- Se solicita remitir copia de lo actuado en el proceso, a partir de la notificacion mencionada.
- Para dar cumplimiento a esta solicitud se establece el termino de tres (3) dias.
- Quinto. ORDENAR a la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion poner a disposicion de la Sala Cuarta de Revision de esta Corte las pruebas solicitadas tan pronto como sean remitidas de los despachos judiciales de origen y de la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia, para proceder en consecuencia.
